The magazine, "Amateur Radio" was first
published in October 1933. It followed an earlier magazine published in
Queensland, but it was considered to be the next step in providing a
better quality national magazine. The magazine is published in Victoria
from 1933 to today. The cost of the magazine to members was six pence (6d) and averaged 30 odd pagers per monthly magazine. During WW2, due mainly to advertisers withdrawing their support, the format of the magazine changed to a poor quality gestetner printing process. A
